Dorman Cross Country Coach Bobby Urban was named CC Coach of the Year by the National High School Federation's Coaches Association.

Dorman's Cross Country and Track Coach Wendy Barr was awarded the S.C. Track and CC Association first Assistant Coach of the Year Award.

Coach Paula Kirkland was inducted into the SC Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame for her outstanding volleyball record. She has coached at Dorman for 23 years. Her record includes 495 wins and only 72 loses. She has led teams to 16 region championships and 9 state championships
